The staff was friendly and helpful. they gave good recommendations for local restaurants. the room was very clean. I had a standard double room. the location was very convenient, close to public transport.

the hotel is close to a public transport stop shops and some nice bars i appreciated the view from my window it faced the central street the staff was helpful they offered a map of places of interest the breakfast had good variety.
the cleaning lady threw my pajamas on the floor i reported the incident to reception it happened again also the walls are quite thin you can easily hear neighbors.

The staff were kind. they helped me with directions and recommendations. i enjoyed the free tea and coffee available downstairs. It was a nice touch. the location was super convenient. I could easily walk to many attractions!!!
the walls seemed a little thin, and i could occasionally hear noise from neighboring rooms, a little disruptive.

the location is close to bus and tram stations. the room was comfy and clean. my room faces the residential buildings and is quiet. there are two hotels in the same block.

The staff was friendly and helpful during my entire stay. The hotel offered complimentary water bottles upon arrival, and refills were available at reception. The location is close to tram stops and the Albert Cuyp Market is also nearby. I found the neighborhood calm, with numerous restaurants within a short walking distance.
The pillows felt too high and caused some discomfort for my neck during the night.
